Its current owner Xanthe Peterson is passionate about the Health Food Industry. She has a 50 year lived experience as a health food consumer. Xanthe is also an experienced natural health practitioner of over 20 years. She is passionate about independent health food retail and maintaining the integrity of a market for consumers that is seeing unprecedented growth in Australia.
