Rob is currently Principal Engineering Geologist/Managing Director at Macquarie Geotechnical which was established in 2001.

Macquarie Geotechnical operates six offices in the Central West of New South Wales in Bathurst, Dubbo, Gulgong, Narrabri, Tamworth & Parkes and three Sydney offices based in Alexandria, Prestons & Penrith. Macquarie Geotechnical employs over 80 Geotechnical staff comprising Geotechnical Engineers, Engineering Geologists, Chemists, Environmental Scientists, Coal Technicians, Concrete Technicians and Geotechnical Technicians.

They are the largest Geotechnical Company located west of Sydney and regularly work on projects throughout Western NSW, Blue Mountains and Sydney.

Currently working on WestConnex ($16B) which is the largest project the company has ever been involved with.
