About your host – Andrea Ciotti
Andrea is passionate about providing support to small businesses across the Western region of New South Wales.
Originally from the United States, Andrea has lived in Australia since 2014 working within the areas of e-commerce, retail trade, marketing and event management.
After gaining industry experience, she started her own successful retail (bricks-and-mortar) and e-commerce store in 2016 and expanded into the United States market in 2020.
Drawing on her experience, Andrea specialises in advising businesses in areas such as e-commerce, retail trading, marketing and digital presence.
About your presenter – Lauren Kegley
Lauren Kegley is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and has worked in the social media marketing space for more than 10 years – starting in professional sports and working for the Chicago Blackhawks, Minnesota Timberwolves and finally the Philadelphia Eagles, overseeing social media. Following sports, Lauren shifted her focus to social media and PR working for Shutterfly (Tiny Prints and Wedding Paper Divas) and as well as ad agencies – handling social media strategy, influencer activations, community management and more.
Kegley Creative was founded in 2017 with a mission to work with clients on all things social media, content marketing, and digital PR for retail, ecommerce, and service-based businesses both in the United States and Australia.
