Retailer Interactive Workshop – Act Now and make a difference – Rebuild, Recharge, Renew

As part of small business month, Bathurst Regional Council and the Bathurst Business Chamber are joining together to provide an interactive workshop on Cultivating and Nurturing Great Retailers.

The workshop will be presented by Marguerite Bell, Managing Director, Retail Life. and includes a two segment interactive workshop over 2 hours –

Segment 1: Success Starts Here
Covering the essential elements for building a successful retail business in this ever-changing retail landscape, with the aim of inspiring change and motivating action.

Segment 2: 3 Seconds to WOW
Focusing on delivering memorable first impressions. Learn simple and affordable ideas to create memorable lasting first impressions for customers, including how to elevate store windows with visual tools and set the tone for your business. Each retailer will be provided with a ‘Showstopping Windows’ interactive kit to bring your learning alive.

In addition to the workshop, 12 one on one retailer conversations with Retail Life will be available. Places will be allocated on a first in first served basis.
