Join RDA Central West for this Small Business Month event and learn how to utilise AI for small business.

Participants will leave with a solid understanding of the basics of ChatGPT, including the benefits of the paid vs free version, the functionality of plugins and how they can use plugins to enhance their results.

You will understand a wide range of ways you can leverage ChatGPT in relation to a social media marketing strategy. You will experiment with different prompt engineering techniques to enhance the quality of their prompts and resultant replies. They’ll learn how to use it as a research, review and feedback mechanism, not just an ideation or copywriting tool.

We’ll touch briefly on how ChatGPT can be used in conjunction with Zapier for automation, as well as some of the creative AI options that are effective in the content of social media marketing. While these won’t be topics we’ll have time to discuss in depth, participants will leave with an understanding of the key tools they can utilise.

And finally, participants will be made aware of the accuracy, data security and copyright risks that exist within this realm, and have some high-level suggestions for how best to manage the risk.
