Bathurst Regional Council is seeking expressions of interest to operate the café at Bathurst Railway Museum.
The Café is located within the Bathurst Rail Museum which opened in February 2020. The museum is a state-of-the-art professional run facility that operates alongside a suite of cultural assets owned and managed by Bathurst Regional Council.
The museum has a strong membership base of over 500 current members, attracting local repeat visitation, particularly to the Kids Central play and learning space targeted at preschool aged children.
The Café services visitors to the museum with direct access to the children’s space. It provides services for the broader community through the main counter located at the entrance to the museum and non-ticketed areas.
