Bathurst Quest and Business Centre
A new Quest Serviced Apartments complex and two-storey Business Centre coming to the Bathurst Region.
Approval has been granted for a new Quest and Business Centre on the corner of Bentinck Street and Howick Street in the Bathurst Central Business District (CBD). The Bathurst Quest and Business Centre site, affectionately known by locals as the former Dairy Farmers’ site, was once a major contributor to Bathurst’s commercial trade, serving as a fresh produce markets and later a brewing tower.
The approved development will bring new life to the site, combing the rich history with modern architecture. The development is planned to include:
- A Quest Serviced Apartments complex.
- Two-storey Business Centre, including amenities, a roof top terrace and secure basement parking.
- A new semi-public Piazza featuring Bathurst’s fine local food and wine.
- Two freestanding residences situated adjacent to the Retail Food and Beverage facility.
